Arsha Vidya Centre UK is an English organisation, founded by Swamini Atmaprakasananda in 2005 under the auspices of HH Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati. It aims to advance understanding in English of traditional Advaita Vedanta, encourage a deeper understanding in Britain of Vedic heritage and practices, and to support traditional social and family values. It is funded entirely by voluntary donations and charges no fees.

It was awarded Registered Charity status in 2008 by the Charity Commission. The Registered Charity number is 1127020.

The Trustees are legally responsible for the holding and use of the organisation’s resources in compliance with UK law and for ensuring that the organisation and its activities comply both with all relevant UK laws and with Charity Commission regulations.

The Trustees meet regularly and meetings are minuted. An annual report is made to the Charity Commission.
